Guidelines & Instructions

To ensure a smooth experience for you and your customers, please adhere to the following guidelines and instructions when creating your affiliate coupon codes.

Guidelines

1. One Code Per Affiliate: Only one active coupon code is permitted per affiliate at any given time. This single code can be configured to offer a product, order, or shipping discount.
2. Code Expiration: Your coupon code does not have an expiration date unless you request a replacement, request its removal, or your affiliate account is disabled.
3. Commission Impact: Please be aware that any discount provided through your coupon code will be deducted from your commission payout.
4. Code Updates: Coupon code terms and features are subject to change in the future.
5. Renaming Your Code: You can change the name of your coupon code at any time in your dashboard:

6. Store-Wide Discounts: To apply your coupon to all store products, use the following collection URL in your product/collection list:

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to create your coupon code correctly.

1. Verify Your Account Information:Ensure the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address on your order match your affiliate account details exactly.You can verify and update your profile here:

2. Create a Unique Coupon Code Name:Your coupon code name must be unique. You may use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.There is no maximum character limit.
3. Select Discount Value and Type:You have two options for the discount type: Percentage or Fixed Amount.For Percentage Discounts: Enter the number followed by the percent symbol (e.g., 15% or 15.50%).For Fixed Amount Discounts: Enter the number followed by the dollar symbol (e.g., 10$ or 25.50$).
4. Define Applicable Products or Collections:Specify which products or collections the coupon code will apply to by providing their URLs.Critical Requirements:Each URL must be placed on its own separate line.You cannot mix products and collections in the same list. Choose to list either only products or only collections.All URLs must be valid and point to active products or collections.Tip: To apply the discount to the entire store, use the collection URL provided in Guideline #6.
5. Set Minimum Order Requirements:This setting determines the minimum purchase a customer must make to qualify for the discount. The discount will only apply if the customer's cart meets the minimum subtotal or item quantity you set here.
6. Configure Usage Limits:Choose whether the coupon code can be used unlimited times or is restricted to a single use per customer.
