Refund policy

We offer free returns for all customers, subject to approval.
To request a return and receive an authorization number, please fill out the return form in our app.

Returns are accepted provided the request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will generate a free UPS prepaid shipping label and email it to you.

You can then print the label, attach it to your package, and return the items. Please note that you have 7 days from the date the return label is issued to send the item back to our warehouse for a full refund.

After we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will process the return and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Free return labels are only available for items shipped to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
